Beef Teriyaki Recipe
- 1 flank steak or possibly London broil
- Bamboo sticks, skewers
- Cut steak into thin strips.
- Place in deep dish.
- In blender combine the marinade ingredients and blend for one minute.
- Pour over beef strips.
- Marinate 6 to 8 hrs.
- Remove strips from marinade and thread onto bamboo skewers.
- Grill over charcoal till desired doneness or possibly broil in oven.
