Curry Meat Stuffed Pita Recipe

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients for relish except chutney; set aside.
  2. Makes 1 1/2 c. of relish.
  3. Combine first 8 ingredients for meatballs.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Makes 20 meatballs.
  6. In large skillet, heat salad oil over medium heat.
  7. Add in meatballs and cook for 4 min each side, shaking pan occasionally to keep meat from sticking.
  8. To serve, stuff 3-4 meatballs into PITA BREAD.
  9. Add in relish and chutney.
  10. Makes 5 servings.
