Groaty Dick Pudding

• 2 pounds stewing beef
• 1 x onions chopped
• 1 x leeks chopped
• 1 x oat groats
• 1 x stock

1. Put meat (do not brown first), onions, leeks, salt and pepper and groats in earthenware pot.
2. Pour stock over top and stir.
3. Put lid on.
4. Put in medium-low oven for 16 hours.
5. Groats will absorb stocks and juices and expand.
