Marshmallow Pudding Recipe

  1. Heat marshmallows into pineapple juice in a pan.
  2. Let mix cold and add in whipped cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk and crushed pineapple.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread graham crackers on the bottom of buttered pan (save approximately 1/2 c. of crushed graham crackers for the topping).
  5. Pour mix over the top and put in refrigerator to set.
  6. Serve cool.
