Chicken Or Squirrel Dumplings Recipe

  1. Simmer hen or possibly 2 squirrels till tender.
  2. Remove hen and save broth.
  3. Blend flour, salt and Crisco.
  4. Add in half of egg mix.
  5. Then add in 2 Tbsp.
  6. ICE Cool WATER.
  7. Form a ball.
  8. Roll out on wax paper which has been floured.
  9. Roll till thin.
  10. Cut and drop into boiling broth.
  11. Cook 5 min.
  12. Then add in 1/2 stick butter and the lowfat milk mix.
  13. Salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Add in chicken or possibly squirrels.
  15. Debone first, if preferred.
  16. Heat about 5 more min and serve.
