Crab, Mango, and Ginger Salad

  1. In large bowl, combine crabmeat, cucumber, mango, and fresh mint.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, zest, olive oil, ginger, and red chili.
  3. Add to crabmeat mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Put salad greens on plates and top with crab mixture.
