Ruby Red Layered Salad Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry Jello
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 sm. box frzn raspberries
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cherry Jello
- 1 (#303) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- Soften raspberry Jello in 1 c. warm water.
- Add in frzn raspberries and stir till well mixed.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Spread gelatin with lowfat sour cream; chill.
- Soften cherry Jello in 1 c. warm water; add in pineapple and cranberry sauce.
- Refrigeratetill hard sufficient to spoon over lowfat sour cream layer.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Serve plain or possibly with salad dressing mixed with whipped cream for fluffiness.
