Southwest Chicken & Rice

  1. Grill the chicken breasts.
  2. Then mix everything together.
  3. For another great, easy meal idea skip the rice, saute onion and put the entire mixer in a fat free tortilla.
  4. You can then top it with fat free sour cream, fat free cheese and salsa.
  5. All still for 7 weight watchers points!
  6. My entire family LOVES it!
