Portabello Pizza
- 1 tsp Of Olive Oil
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 14 oz Of Ragu Pizza Sauce
- 2 clove Of Garlic
- 1 pinch Of Salt
- 4 large Portabello Mushrooms
- 1 packages Of Mozzarella
- Heat up the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- Chop up the onion into small pieces and add it to the pan and stir until it's slightly brown.
- Then dice up the garlic cloves and add them to the pan and saute with the pizza sauce.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir until thick then preheat the oven to 400F.
- Spray olive oil on a baking sheet and place the portabello mushrooms with (stems removed and inside cleaned out) empty side up, place mushrooms in oven for 10min.
- Remove from oven, add the mixed ingredients from the sauce pan into each mushroom then top with cheese and place back in oven 5 to 15min.
- Cheese should be Melted and you should be able to stick the tip of a knife in and out of the side of the mushrooms with no resistance.
