Spicy Sausage and Spinach Pasta
- 2 Tbsp. Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 3 leeks, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 hot Italian sausages
- 4 cups chopped spinach leaves
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 cups Primo Rotini Pasta
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 3 chopped leeks in 2 Tbsp.
- Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil, in large covered frypan over medium-low heat, for 10 minutes or until softened.
- Add 3 sliced hot Italian sausages.
- Increase heat to medium and cook 10 minutes or until browned.
- Stir in 1/2 cup chicken stock and 1/2 tsp.
- chili flakes.
- Add 4 cups chopped spinach leaves and cook until spinach is wilted.
- Cook 4 cup Primo Rotini Pasta according to package directions.
- Drain, toss with sausage mixture and 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan and serve.
