Oven Fried Orange and Curry Chicken

  1. In a saucepan combine orange juice, brown sugar, honey and mustard.
  2. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  3. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Pat dry chicken pieces.
  5. Sprinkle with curry powder, salt and pepper.
  6. Dip chicken pieces in orange juice mixture.
  7. Then press chicken pieces in corn flake crumbs.
  8. Place chicken pieces side by side on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake chicken at 350 for an hour.
