Nightcap Coffee Mix

• 23 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
• 13 cup instant coffee granules
• 13 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until well blended.
2. Store in airtight container.
3. To Serve: Spoon 1 heaping tsp mix into 8 ozs of hot water.
4. Stir until well blended.
