Fettuccine Nassau

  1. In olive oil, saute garlic for about 2 minute.
  2. Add shrimp & crawfish meat and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in basil, parsley & fish stock.
  4. Let simmer for 8 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked fettuccine.
  6. Garnish with parsley & almonds.
  7. Serve with a salad of nice baby greens & cherry tomatoes with a champagne vinaigrette, a loaf of hot garlic french bread and a bottle of white wine.
