Roasted Tomatoes

  1. Roast the tomatoes: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Toss the tomatoes with the oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the dressed tomatoes skin side down in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes.
  5. Use immediately or store refrigerated for up to 2 days.
