Thai Red Vegetables Curry Linguine

  1. PASTA
  2. bring water to a boil then add 1 tbsp of salt and linguine simmer for full 11 minute then drain and add 1 tsp od olive oil set aside
  3. with oil saute all vegetable for 5 minute then set aside
  4. THAI RED CURRY
  5. with oil and thai curry paste for 1 minute then add cooked vegetable and coconut milk and water gently stir in low heat for full another 3 minute
  6. TO SERVE
  7. linguine and basil leaf with thai red curry vegetable
