Barbeque Turkey Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large skillet; add in onion and green pepper.
  2. Cook and stir on medium heat till tender.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Add in turkey.
  5. Cover.
  6. Simmer 10 min.
  7. Serve on appropriate number slices of bread or possibly rolls for diet.
  8. Yield: 8.
  9. Exchanges: 2 meat, 1/2 bread, 1 veg.
  10. Calories: 205, 105 g = 7-16-3 (C, P, F).
  11. Low sodium (3-4 gm Na) : use low sodium catsup and Mrs.
  12. Dash Steak sauce.
  13. Low cholesterol: Use polyunsaturated butter.
