Salisbury Steak With Gravy

  1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, saltines, onion and parsley.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. Shape into four patties.
  4. Place in an 8-inch square baing dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the gravy, ketchup, Worcestershisre and pepper, pour over patties.
  6. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 50-55 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
