Japanese mushroom spaghetti
- 15 grams Spagetti
- 1 bunch Japanese mushroom
- dash Spring onion
- 2/3 onion, chopped
- 3 ml olive oil
- 20 ml chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1/4 Carrot
- Chop onion, shred carrot
- Boil spagetti in boiling water for 4-5 mins
- Drain spaghetti
- Add olive oil in pan
- Fry onion, carrot and mushrooms.
- Add spaghetti in pan.
- Add chicken both
- Let the broth soak into spagetti abd turn to sauce.
- Spaghetti should be moist with some broth after cooked.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with spring onion.
