Hot Baja Coffee
- 8 cups water hot
- 3 tablespoons coffee instant granules
- 1/2 cup liqueur coffee flavor, such as kahlua
- 1/4 cup liqueur creme de cacao
- 3/4 cups whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet, grated
- In slow-cooker, combine hot water, coffee, and liqueurs.
- Cover and heat on LOW 2 to 4 hours.
- Ladle into mugs or heat-proof glasses.
- Serve.
- Or top with whipped cream and grated chocolate if desired.
