Easy Skillet Pizza Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 jar pizza sauce
• 1 can refrigerator biscuits
• 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown, drain, and crumble beef.
3. Add in sauce and simmer till warm.
4. Press biscuits into glass 9 x 13 inch pan to create pizza crust.
5. Form biscuits to cover sides of pan also.
6. Pour in meat mix and cover with cheese.
7. Bake 25 to 30 min.
8. Serves 4 to 6.
