Egg Salad Sandwich with Fruit
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 8 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 4 cups red or green grapes
- 24 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Blend MIRACLE WHIP, garlic powder, celery seed, oregano, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Add eggs and celery; mix.
- Place 1/4 of egg salad on each of 4 slices of bread; top each with another slice of bread.
- Complement each sandwich with 1 cup grapes and 6 oz.
- yogurt.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
