Hearty Waffles Recipe

• 2 c. Bisquick
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. oil
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 c. quick rolled oats
• 1/3 c. oat bran
• 1 mashed banana
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Beat all ingredients till well blended.
2. Pour onto center of preheated waffle iron.
3. Bake till steaming stops and remove.
4. Makes 8 to 10 waffles, depending on size of waffle iron.
