BOCA Loco Burritos
- 2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, divided
- 1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL 99% Fat Free Refried Beans
- 6 whole wheat tortillas (10 inch)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine crumbles, salsa and 1/2 cup sour cream.
- Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with crumbles mixture and 1 cup cheese.
- Fold bottom and top of each tortilla about 1 inch over filling; roll up, starting at one side.
- Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
- Bake 25 min.
- ; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 5 min.
- or until burritos are heated through (160 degrees F) and cheese is melted.
- Serve topped with remaining sour cream.
