Cincinnati Chili
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 (30 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (30 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- around 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 15 oz. can kidney beans
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- Brown meat and 1 chopped onion; drain.
- Add cans tomatoes and spices.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer at least 1 hour.
- Cook spaghetti. Put kidney beans, cheese and onions in separate bowls.
- Add chili as a sauce to spaghetti.
- Add kidney beans, cheese and onions as a topping.
- Very filling.
- A different twist on chili with company.
