Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce
- 300 grams Thinly sliced beef (brisket offcuts)
- 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp plus Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic.
- When it's fragrant, add the beef.
- When the meat changes color, add the butter and mix together.
- Add the soy sauce and mirin, and season with salt and pepper.
- Saute with enoki and shiitake mushrooms.
- Mushrooms go perfectly well with this dish.
