Honeymoon Pudding Recipe
- 1 lg. can fruit cocktail
- 20 marshmallows
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. tapioca
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- Drain juice.
- Add in 20 cut up marshmallows (or possibly use 2 c. mini ones) in a large bowl.
- Let stand overnight.
- Next day, take tapioca and mix with lowfat milk.
- cook till thick, stirring constantly and pour over fruit-marshmallow mix.
- Cold, then add in whip cream and mix thoroughly.
- Serve cool.
