Homemade White Stew
- 20 grams Butter
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 sausages or 4 slices of bacon Sausage or bacon
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour (although regular flour is ok)
- 100 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 tsp Weipa
- Fry the ingredients over medium-low heat without burning.
- When they become translucent, mix in the ingredient without burning.
- Add the water, and dissolve the flour.
- When the ingredients are cooked through, add the remaining ingredients except for .
- Mix well, and simmer until the sauce is thickened (over low heat without burning).
- Add the ingredient at the end to adjust the flavor.
- Even a small amount of Weipa adds more flavor and brings all the flavors together.
