Breakfast Pork Sausage Recipe
- 2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder (80% lean) coarsely grnd
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon savory
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
- Combine grnd pork, seasonings and lowfat milk.
- Mix thoroughly using hands to knead mix.
- Form patties and fry till brown in a small amount of oil.
- Mix at least 3 to 6 hrs before using to blend flavors of herbs.
