Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. As the oven is pre-heating, you will need to wash and prepare the Brussels sprouts.
  2. To clean, you will need to cut off the hard stem and cut them in half.
  3. Place them on a large, rimmed cookie sheet in a single layer.
  4. Once the oven is pre-heated, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the sprouts.
  5. Give them a good mix making sure each one is coated with the olive oil.
  6. Add some salt, place in the oven and roast until done.
  7. It should take about 15-20 minutes.
