Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil For Drizzling
- 1 pinch Salt
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. As the oven is pre-heating, you will need to wash and prepare the Brussels sprouts.
- To clean, you will need to cut off the hard stem and cut them in half.
- Place them on a large, rimmed cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Once the oven is pre-heated, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the sprouts.
- Give them a good mix making sure each one is coated with the olive oil.
- Add some salt, place in the oven and roast until done.
- It should take about 15-20 minutes.
