Hearty Split Pea Soup Recipe

  1. Rinse peas.
  2. Place all ingredients in large, covered pot of boiling water.
  3. Simmer for approximately 2 hrs or possibly till thickened.
  4. To serve, top with dollop of lowfat sour cream if you like.
  5. Yield: About 8 servings.
