Indian spiced wraps

  1. In a small bowl mix the first 4 ingredients for raita and set aside
  2. for wraps coat a nonstick skillet with canola oil and heat over medium high heat add onion and cook till tinder.stir in ginger, garlic and all seasonings and cook and stir for 1 minute
  3. stir in chickpeas and tomatoes and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 to 8 minutes or till slightly thickend stirring occasionally
  4. place spinach and chickpea mixture near the center of each tortilla and top with some raita.
  5. Roll up tightly and enjoy
