Best Ever Pie Crust Recipe
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Cream shortening with pastry blender.
- Add in lowfat milk slowly.
- Mix with fork till mix sticks together in a ball.
- Work with fingers very lightly.
- Divide dough in half.
- Roll out between two sheets of waxed paper.
