Beef Stroganoff
- 3 lbs beef stew meat or 3 lbs flank steaks
- 1 lb white mushroom, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons arrowroot
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup sour cream, as garnish (optional)
- Assemble in 3 gallon freezer bags.
- Add beef broth and white wine on day of cooking.
- Sour cream as garnish.
- Serve with egg noodles.
