Multigrain Cranberry Breakfast Cookies

  1. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. Stir in banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until just blended.
  3. Gently fold in cranberries.
  4. Drop batter by 2 tablespoons onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  5. Flatten each to 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until set in center.
