Multigrain Cranberry Breakfast Cookies
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 14 cup powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 cup mashed banana
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 34 cup dried cranberries (or blueberries or cherries)
- In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Stir in banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until just blended.
- Gently fold in cranberries.
- Drop batter by 2 tablespoons onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each to 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until set in center.
