Easy Ice Cream Pie

• 1 (9 inch) reduced fat pie crusts
• 12 pint of blue bell light cookies & cream ice cream

1. Soften ice cream.
2. Pour into pie crust and freeze.
3. Serve with cool whip or chocolate syrup.
