Mandarin Orange Mold

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice; stir until ice is completely melted and gelatin is thickened.
  4. Gently stir in fruit.
  5. Pour into 6-cup mold or 1-1/2-qt.
  6. bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold.
