Mandarin Orange Mold
- 1-3/4 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) or 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) tropical mixed fruit, drained
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add ice; stir until ice is completely melted and gelatin is thickened.
- Gently stir in fruit.
- Pour into 6-cup mold or 1-1/2-qt.
- bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold.
