Weekend Project: How To Infuse Mezcal With Pork Fat

• 2 medium sized habanero peppers
• 2 ounces Ilegal Joven mezcal
• 2 ounces pork rib fat infused Ilegal Joven mezcal
• 3/4 ounce Marie Brizard white chocolate liqueur
• 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur

1. Slice habaneros and add 2 ounces Ilegal Joven mezcal.
2. Allow to sit overnight or until desired level of heat is achieved.
