Cookies 'N Cream Cheesecake Bars
- 35 OREO Cookies, divided
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 4 pkgs. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- Place 20 cookies in food processor container; cover.
- Process 30 to 45 seconds or until finely ground.
- Add margarine or butter; mix well.
- Press on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Chop remaining cookies; set aside.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer at medium speed.
- Add eggs; mix until blended.
- Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups chopped cookies.
- Pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Cut into bars to serve.
