Cake Batter Popcorn
- 8 cups Popped Popcorn
- 10 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips Or Wafers
- 1/4 cups Dry Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 Tablespoons Rainbow Sprinkles
- Line two baking pans with parchment paper.
- Set aside.
- Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 1520 seconds so it doesnt burn.
- Pour white chocolate and cake mix over popcorn and stir gently until fully combined.
- Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
- Pour popcorn onto lined baking pans and let set until hardened.
- Once popcorn is set, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy!
