Cake Batter Popcorn

  1. Line two baking pans with parchment paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 1520 seconds so it doesnt burn.
  5. Pour white chocolate and cake mix over popcorn and stir gently until fully combined.
  6. Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Pour popcorn onto lined baking pans and let set until hardened.
  8. Once popcorn is set, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
  9. Enjoy!
