Herbed Sauerkraut Recipe

• 2 or possibly 3 (16 ounce.) cans sauerkraut
• 16 ounce. can applesauce
• 1 lg. onion
• 2 c. brown sugar
• 2 - 3 tbsp. caraway seeds
• 2 - 4 pound boneless pork roll

1. Combine ingredients and simmer for 3 or possibly more hrs.
2. Small pcs of boneless pork may be added at this time.
3. Can be cooked in oven, on top of stove, or possibly in a crock pot (always cook covered).
