Breakfast Pita Pizza

  1. Melt butter on flat grill (or use 6-inch skillet for trial recipe).
  2. Add turkey ham and onions; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
  3. Add eggs; cook and stir until just scrambled, leaving eggs slightly undercooked.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. For each serving: Spread 1/2 cup egg mixture onto 1 pita; sprinkle with 1/4 cup process cheese.
  6. Bake in 300F-convection oven 15 min.
  7. or until pizza is heated through and lightly browned.
