Breakfast Pita Pizza
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1-1/4 qt. turkey ham, chopped
- - ham, chopped
- 1-1/4 cups green onions, sliced
- 80 each eggs
- 40 each non-pocket style whole wheat pita breads (6 inch)
- 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- Melt butter on flat grill (or use 6-inch skillet for trial recipe).
- Add turkey ham and onions; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
- Add eggs; cook and stir until just scrambled, leaving eggs slightly undercooked.
- Keep warm.
- For each serving: Spread 1/2 cup egg mixture onto 1 pita; sprinkle with 1/4 cup process cheese.
- Bake in 300F-convection oven 15 min.
- or until pizza is heated through and lightly browned.
