Cheese & bacon toasty

• 1 2 slices bread for each toasty
• 2 mature cheese, grated
• 3 2 slices bacon for each toasty
• 4 a little margarine

1. Preheat the grill to hot.
2. Grill one side of the bacon till it is ready to be turned.
3. Then place on a heatproof plate and keep warm.
4. Grill one side of the bread till a nice golden colour.
5. Turn the bread over and place the bacon on one slice of the un-toasted side and top liberally with the grated cheese.
6. Place back under the grill and cook till the bacon is cooked through and the cheese has melted and a nice bubbly brown.
7. Lightly spread the second slice of toast with margarine and put on top pressing down at the same time.
8. Cut in half and enjoy.
