Berry & Arugula Salad with Peppery Cream Cheese

  1. Stir cream cheese product in small bowl until creamy.
  2. Add pepper; mix well.
  3. Shape into 4-inch log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. Freeze 30 min.
  5. Toss arugula with berries and nuts in medium bowl.
  6. Crumble cream cheese mixture over salad.
  7. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
