TacoMac
- 1 box Elbow Macaroni (any Shape Will Do, 16 Ounce Box)
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Nacho Cheese Sauce (I Use El Rio Brand)
- Optional Taco Add-ins: Salsa, Cheese, Chips, Etc
- Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, brown hamburger in skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and cook the mixture according to seasoning package directions.
- Drain pasta.
- Once well drained, put back in pot.
- Add seasoned meat and stir well.
- Add nacho cheese sauce, and mix well again.
- Serve.
- Everyone can add salsa, taco sauce, cheddar cheese, or tortilla chips to their own liking.
- We also add onions or jalepeno/banana peppers sometimes, too.
