Peanut Butter Clusters

  1. Mix corn syrup, peanut butter and sugar in large saucepan.
  2. While stirring constantly, over medium heat, bring to a boil.
  3. Immediately remove from heat when boiling, and stir in cornflakes, until completely covered.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or parchment paper quickly.
  5. When fully cooled, store in a air tight container, placing a sheet of waxed paper between each layer.
  6. Makes 4-5 dozen pieces, depending on size you spoon out.
  7. I make mine rather large.
  8. You can also spray hands with non sick spray or rub with butter and roll into balls.
