Avocado Cheese Balls
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 bunches Dill
- 7 ounces, weight Cottage Cheese
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed
- 13 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Lettuce Leaves
- Peel the avocado and mash it till pureed.
- Mince the dill.
- In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese and cream cheese.
- Add avocado puree, dill (reserve some for garnish), lemon juice and salt.
- Stir well.
- Form small avocado cheese balls and place on a plate on lettuce leaves.
- Sprinkle with reserved dill.
