Breakfast Bread Boat.
- 1 french loaf
- 5 large eggs
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 200 grams bacon, fried and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 190C
- Cut the french loaf in half.
- Make 2 cuts in the french loaf about 2 centimetres apart.
- Then remove the centre part
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Spoon the mixture into the french loaf.
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
