Herbed Veal With Wine Recipe

  1. Trim excess fat from veal; cut veal into 1 inch strips and dredge in flour.
  2. Saute/fry veal in butter and extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet till lightly browned.
  3. Remove veal to a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Saute/fry onions in pan drippings till tender.
  6. Stir in chicken broth and next 5 ingredients; mix well.
  7. Pour over veal.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  9. Serve over rice.
