Honey Dijon Sauce for Chicken
- 14 cup chicken stock
- 14 cup sour cream
- 13 cup Dijonnaise mustard
- 2 -3 green onions
- Blend all ingredients except green onions in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Let simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or for as long as you need on low heat while waiting for the chicken to cook.
- Stir periodically.
- After cooking, add 1/2 cup fresh cut green onions (scallions) and pour over chicken.
