Blender Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate bits
- 2 whole Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. warm, very strong coffee
- 3/4 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1 or possibly 2 tbsp. rum
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 2 min.
- Pour into serving bowl or possibly small c. and refrigerate4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serves 4.
